Medical-record management and archiving service providers.
Organizations that store, archive, and manage medical records on behalf of clinics and closed practices - where the core need is getting patient data out of physician EMR platforms in a usable, portable format.
Records-management and archiving providers need to extract complete patient charts from a wide range of physician Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and deliver them in formats their clients can actually use long after an EMR subscription ends. We build custom data-export tooling that reads directly from EMR export formats and produces clean, per-patient outputs suitable for long-term archival.

Engagements we've delivered in this sector.
Desktop application that converts patient charts exported from any OntarioMD-certified EMR (Oscar, Oscar Pro, OpenOSP, JUNO, Avaros, Indivicare, Accuro, Telus, PSS, and others) in CDS-S XML format into one complete PDF per patient - covering demographics, medications, labs, clinical notes, care elements, and embedded attachments. Currently in use by the largest nonprofit medical-records storage company in BC.
Purpose-built tooling to extract, reformat, and package patient data from physician EMR platforms into the formats archivists and downstream systems actually need, including CDS-S, CMS Spec, FHIR, and per-patient PDF archives.
Per-patient output naming, cover pages, and structured sections so archived records remain readable and searchable long after the source EMR is decommissioned.
